Has a little dirt, some rust , the tires are cracked, and some scratches but the hubs are smooth, the brake works, the seatpost and stem are not stuck. Ready and waiting to be restored. 3781

But definitely use an exzema skin cream too if you are itching. I wasnt, but started to as well because it also helps to keep the outbreak under control as well.
